We provide flat rate shipping of $5 for all international orders up to $150 in value except for Italy, Spain, Greece and Portugal*). For those exceeding $150, we charge $20 per order. Normally, it takes around 2 weeks for an order to reach most European countries, Canada and Australia. Your shipping costs will be calculated automatically when you place items in your cart. We are not responsible for any possible custom fees in your country! Expedited shipping is available and costs $30 per order. In this case, contact us prior to placing your order to receive a customized bill. Please note that due to restrictions in certain countries we don't ship to Morocco, Algeria and most of the countries of Africa. Contact us prior to placing an order to find out if you country allows jewelry. You can also check if your country prohibits jewelry and amber in particular here (type in your country in search bar and see the restrictions) *Italy, Spain, Greece and Portugal: long delays in post services and strict customs. We will ship your parcel for $15 for order up to $200 in value and for $25 for orders exceeding $200. The parcels are shipped with Insured Registered Mail service and reach customers within 6-15 business days.

We normally ship First Class as the most affordable option for most of the customers ($3 per order up to $150 in value; $5 per order over $150 in total value and $10 for orders over $350). We can also ship Priority and UPS ($7-10 per order). Please, contact us prior to placing your order to receive a customized bill.

Orders ship within 2 business days. USA customers receive their orders within 2-5 business days. International orders: please allow at least 2 weeks.

Yes, all our amber products are 100% natural Baltic Amber from Kaliningrad (Russia). The jewelry is handmade in Lithuania and Poland.

No, there is no minimum

Jewelry may be exchanged or returned within 14 days of purchase. You may exchange the jewelry for something else on the site, or have the existing purchase modified to match you preferences. Additional charges will apply to modifications along with additional shipping. If you are exchanging your jewelry, you must pay for any additional price. If you select a piece of lesser value a refund will be given. Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase, if in sellable condition (no scratches or fractures). To initiate a return or exchange you must contact us for the return shipping address and to discuss the issue. Buyer pays return shipping!
